About the Role:
Axcelerate Networks Inc is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team in San Jose, CA. Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify new leads through outbound calls, emails, and other outreach strategies
- Manage and grow a pipeline of potential clients using CRM tools
- Present and demonstrate Axcelerate Networks' products and solutions to prospective customers
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new accounts
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotes, proposals, and follow-ups
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales experience preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with networking, IT, or telecommunications solutions is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
